MISSION STATEMENT  

 

Cummin Associates Limited is a digital health commercialisation consultancy.  Calling on a track record of success over many years, the company works with providers of healthcare technologies to bring health-related science and technology to the volume market, with a view to the eventual execution of a capital event. As part of the provision of a holistic service, the company may from time to time also provide assistance with fundraising activities. 

 

The standard remuneration model comprises a monthly retainer fee plus success fee(s), usually in the form of equity or an equivalent financial instrument, that closely reflects the objectives of the client.  Agreement relating to payment of success fees may be delayed by up to six months from commencement of services. Arrangements (other than success fees) may be terminated at any time by mutual consent.  Reasonable costs and expenses are rechargeable under a pre-determined schedule.  

 

The company only enters commercial arrangements where there is a clear benefit to mankind, that are transparent, fair and equitable and are based upon a long-term collaborative relationship with the client.

 

The company will not enter commercial arrangements which are competitive with similar technologies, in a similar sector and in a similar territory with arrangements that are in place or were in place up to two years previously.
